Adams Mohler Ghillino created new prototype retail stores, specialty coffee carts and kiosks for Starbucks Coffee Company. These projects were the result of intensive collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of artists and designers including Bill Sleeth of Vizwerks, muralists Eclectic Surfaces, and industrial designer Brent Markee together with Starbucks in-house Design Development personel. Working under the strictest of secrecy, from a studio within Starbucks Corporate headquarters, the team developed a new design concept for Starbucks stores and executed that concept through store planning, fixture design, lighting, graphics and material and color palettes.
