  The View Residence is the featured cover story in the Jan/Feb issue of Seattle Homes & Lifestyles. This extensive remodeling of a late 40's house in Seattle's North Beach neighborhood resulted in what amounts to a new house, yet retained the existing foundation, much of the main floor structure and the existing masonry veneer.   The Stable Building received an "honor award" from the AIA Northwest and Pacific Region and a "citation" from the AIA Seattle chapter.
     
  Spot Bagel Bakery recieved an "honor award" from the AIA Seattle Chapter, and an "honorable mention" from the AIA Northwest and Pacific Region.
